There was a hole in the body. As if someone had pushed a nail in it! Also, the fan was not working. Have asked for a replacement.

Update after some days: My replacement has arrived. It is working fine.

I ordered this product from Amazon and it is defective, Havells technician confirmed it. But still Amazon is not willing to return or replace it. It's more than 10 days now their customer representative is saying Havells will replace and Havells is saying Amazon will replace. Don't know what to do now. But I suggest Don't order from Amazon otherwise if it is defective then it's really tough to replace or return.

Wriiting after 2 week of purchase. If you are looking for something which make your room warm in winter, feel cosy, to heat your body while cloudy day. This is a perfect product. Break of my myth that heater and this product might warm room of same amount. This product is better.

Though the Unit is beautiful like a black and white bird sitting on a stool, it lacks a major defect, that is, it requires a specific 3-Pin Type D, for plug in. If the purchaser does not have one ready, he/she has to wait till it is procured. Furthermore, such a PIN is not readily available in the market even after spending Rs. 160+ to and fro travelling expenses.

Third class product don't buy this because product burned only after 20 days used. Havells customer care not replaced my product because I purchased this from amazon if I purchased it from any local store then they can easily replaced it and Amazon customer care also not replaced it because 10 days already over. So where we will go.

Area covered by hot/ warm air is perfect.
